War Machine has arrived! After what felt like an eon of waiting, indie superstars Hanson and Raymond Rowe have made their long-awaited NXT debut after being shown on camera at NXT: TakeOver Philadelphia in January, along with fellow signees Candice LeRae, EC3, and Ricochet.
Having previously appeared for twenty four promotions and held various doubles gold including the ROH World Tag Team Championships and the IWGP Tag Team Championships, the destructive pair made it a nice round twenty five on March 16 at a live event in Sebring, Florida. In full paraphernalia, the devastating duo cut a promo on the brand’s tag team division following a match that featured Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan vs Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner.
Strangely, even though they were referred to as War Machine at TakeOver, the pairing was given no such designation here, remaining unnamed. This has fueled speculation that WWE will attempt to re-brand them in order to own the name; however that hasn’t been a problem with stars such as Ricochet. Regardless, appetites are now whetted for their in-ring and television debuts.
In results from the March 16 NXT live event:
- Heavy Machinery defeated Dan Matha and Kona Reeves
- Babatunde ran through Raul Mendoza

- Aleister Black went over Dijak
- Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner rolled over Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch
