After making a triumphant return to WWE at the Royal Rumble to join the commentary team, was Pat McAfee back for SmackDown?
When SmackDown kicked off, fans may have been hopeful to see McAfee back at the commentary desk however no dice.
The commentary team of Michael Cole and Wade Barrett persisted without mention of a potential return date for McAfee.
Elsewhere on the show, Roman Reigns is set to provide an update on the Bloodline after the show kicked off with an attempt to gain clarification falling flat.
The number one contenders to the Usos’ SmackDown Tag Team Championships however were determined in the final match of a tournament to establish who would face the champs.
