Say what you want about how his in-ring ability or how the company pushed him for so many years, but there is no disputing John Cena is a class act that has helped the lives of many incredibly sick children during their darkest days.
While the world may be on lockdown due to Coronavirus, John Cena has not stopped working to help those who are battling incredibly harsh illnesses that aren’t related to COVID-19.
The 16-time World Champion, despite USA going into lockdown, still managed to surprise a young 7-year-old fan by the name of David Castle in Florida. David is, unfortunately, dealing with Wilms tumour. For those that don’t know, Wilms tumour is a type of children’s cancer that begins in the kidneys.
Cena, who was wearing his full WWE ring gear accompanied with a face mask, surprise David with a goody bag full of some awesome merchandise, including two replica titles belts and some signed memorabilia.
