A key aspect of any heel’s character is the way they interact with fans, which is generally by saying “you people” a lot and telling them that they never appreciated the heel.

However, due to his experience, Randy knows that the best way to generate heat is to make kids cry, which is also the best way to annoy their parents, so it’s a double-whammy really.
