Here’s what happened with Becky Lynch following Monday’s (June 27) edition of WWE Raw.
In the closing moments of the show, Becky Lynch pinned Doudrop to win an elimination bout to qualify for the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match.
WWE has now shared a video of Lynch addressing the crowd after the episode went off the air.
Lynch referenced the night’s 20 Years of John Cena celebrations, noting that she didn’t need a pep-talk to realise that she’s the living embodiment of ‘Never Give Up’.
Also believing that she embodies hustle, loyalty and respect, Lynch stated that the other women who competed in the elimination bout should ‘respect’ that she kicked their asses.
Lynch retweeted the video, noting:
Good to see you @JohnCena. I thought I told you three years ago, this is my show now.
(But you’re welcome anytime)
Cena had made his WWE return during Raw, introduced by Vince McMahon.
A number of short video messages from names from Cena’s past aired throughout the show, including cameo appearances from three AEW stars.
