Fans were anticipating a lot of the follow up the backstage fight after the AEW All Out media scrum, including what would be going down with the AEW World Championship.
Besides the situation with the championships, one of the most anticipated parts of tonight’s show was the rap that the Acclaimed’s Max Caster would be writing in reference to all the ongoing issues backstage.
Unfortunately, Swerve Strickland interrupted Caster before he could perform his rap, leaving the AEW Galaxy wondering just what he had planned.
However, the Acclaimed did speak about their upcoming AEW World Tag Team Championship rematch with Swerve in our Glory at AEW Grand Slam in Arthur Ashe Stadium in two weeks, and how AEW was no longer Swerve’s House, but rather Daddy Ass’ house.
Probably for the best, but still a shame nonetheless.
