Here’s what happened during Roman Reigns, CM Punk and Seth Rollins’ WWE SmackDown segment in Bologna, Italy.
On the WWE Raw show in Madison Square Garden, Roman Reigns made his return, taking out Seth Rollins during his Steel Cage match with CM Punk.
Reigns made his first appearance since his return on tonight’s WWE SmackDown show in Bologna, where he came to the ring to end the show.
Roman said that CM Punk screwed him at the Royal Rumble, as well as Rollins trying to kill him at the Rumble, but it’s okay because he attempted to kill Rollins in MSG.
He then called either man out to the ring, which brought out Seth Rollins, who told Roman that things weren’t about Punk, it was about he and Roman, like it has always been, and it was time to add another chapter to their story.
Punk interrupted Reigns and Rollins before they got in a fight, saying that neither man can beat him by themselves, because they never have.
Punk says that Roman wouldn’t have even made it to the Royal Rumble if he didn’t save them during War Games, before he thanks Paul Heyman for delivering Roman to him tonight.
Punk then jumped Reigns with a microphone, starting a three-way brawl between the three men, which ended with all three men at different points standing tall and pointing to the WrestleMania sign.
As announced by Triple H following WWE SmackDown, Reigns vs. Rollins vs. Punk is now official for WrestleMania 41 – for full details click this link here.
