What Happened After SummerSlam 2021 Went Off The Air?

Here’s what happened with Brock Lesnar and John Cena after SummerSlam in the Allegiant Stadium went off the air.

During the main event of last night’s (August 21) show, Roman Reigns pinned John Cena to retain his Universal Championship. The Tribal Chief’s celebration was cut short by the return of Brock Lesnar.

The show ended with Reigns retreating up the ramp, with Lesnar taunting him from the ring. After the cameras stopped rolling, John Cena got to his feet, before getting suplexed by The Beast. Lesnar hit Cena with an F5 before leaving the arena.

Lesnar hasn’t wrestled since losing the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre last year at WrestleMania 36. At SummerSlam, Bobby Lashley retained the WWE Title over Goldberg via referee stoppage.

Becky Lynch also made her WWE return last night, defeating Bianca Belair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship in under a minute. The Raw Women’s Championship also changed hands, with Charlotte Flair forcing Nikki ASH to submit to win the gold.
