Bo Dallas had not been on WWE programming since late 2019 before he was released on April 15, 2021.
Now, Fightful Select (subscription required) has revealed what Dallas was doing in WWE before his release. The report states that Dallas would help with testing cameras and lights, as well as live event configuration.
The report notes this happened as recently as February 2021 with former WWE star Wesley Blake also helping.
It also says Bo Dallas had been backstage at SmackDown prior to his release.
Dallas’ last WWE match was part of the Tag Team Turmoil match at Crown Jewel 2019. In the match, he and Curtis Axel were eliminated by the New Day.
Dallas finished his run in WWE as a former NXT Champion and a Raw Tag Team Champion.
