Fans loved hearing Chris Jericho at the commentary table for Dynamite in April and May. Now, we know when he is returning to the booth. AEW announced today that Jericho would be returning to commentary for next week’s episode of Dynamite.
Jericho had acted as a fill-in commentator for the Dynamite tapings in Georgia. He and Tony Schiavone had great chemistry and drew rave reviews from fans.

Jericho has recently been feuding with Mike Tyson. Their issues stem back to an angle from Raw in January 2010. Now, Jericho wants Tyson’s head. They were involved in a tense pull-apart last week and Jericho continued to call Tyson out this week. He didn’t get his wish, instead being interrupted by Orange Cassidy.
Considering what has happened the last two weeks, it is entirely possible Jericho will use this opportunity to continue to call Tyson out.
The announced matches for next week’s AEW Dynamite are as follows:
- TNT Championship Match – Cody vs. Marq Quen
- FTR vs. The Butcher & The Blade
- Sammy Guevara vs. Colt Cabana
- Jake Hager, Santana & Ortiz vs. Best Friends
