Who Won ‘Escalera De La Muerte’ Match Between The Elite And Death Triangle AEW

Tonight’s AEW Dynamite from Los Angeles hosted a very special ‘Game 7’ match between The Elite and Death Triangle for the AEW Trios Championships.

With the AEW Trios Championships suspended above the ring, Kenny Omega came complete with his own recently won IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship on his ring entrance.

With The Elite still using their licensed rock anthem, ‘Carry On Wayward Son’ by Kansas as their theme, they made their grand entrance first for the final matchup of the best of seven series.

With current champs Death Triangle making their stunning entrance for the first time since AEW changed their set design, it was a sight to behold ahead of the title bout.

With stunning spots throughout, the match itself did not disappoint as throughout the hard hitting bout there were epic moments.

With all of the members of the Elite down, Penta attempted the high climb but was intercepted by Matt Jackson and the war continued.

In the end it was a One Winged Angel from the ladders to the ground on Fenix which set up a massive climb for Omega.

With the AEW Trios Championship titles in his grasp, Omega was able to capture the center belt to win back the AEW Trios Championships.

Elsewhere on tonight’s AEW Dynamite (January 11) live from Los Angeles, a major tag match in the women’s division.

The formidable team of ‘The Killer and the Pillar’, Jamie Hayter and Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D took on Saraya and Toni Storm which ended after a surprise assist from an unlikely source.
