After returning to TV for the first time in several months on last week’s episode of SmackDown, fans were left somewhat surprised by the fact that WWE opted not to have Aleister Black on last night’s show.
We now know why that decision was made, with PWInisder reporting that WWE wanted to let the storyline with Big E and Aleister Black “hang” for a week, deciding to keep them both off this week’s show to “let things breathe”.
It’s good to know that this wasn’t just the latest example of WWE dropping pre-existing plans, with the report stating that both Big E and Aleister Black were at the Yuengling Center for the show last night.
