A new report has revealed the real reason for the recent absence of PAC from recent episodes of AEW Dynamite.
PAC hasn’t wrestled since the June 5 episode of Dynamite. The British star has reportedly been missing AEW tapings due to travel restrictions.
As per the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, PAC returned to the UK recently. With travel back-and-forth still difficult due to the pandemic, he reportedly hasn’t been able to return to the US.
The report also noted that Anthony Ogogo is also back in England, so likely won’t wrestle live for AEW for a while.
In PAC’s last AEW showing, he teamed with Eddie Kingston and Penta El Zero M to defeat The Young Bucks and Brandon Cutler. At Road Rager earlier this week, Kingston and Penta unsuccessfully challenged for Matt and Nick Jackson’s AEW Tag Team Championship.
Also on the show, Andrade was victorious in his AEW in-ring debut, and Aleister Black made a surprise appearance, attacking Cody Rhodes. Despite these huge moments, viewership was down compared to last week’s episode of Dynamite.
