As reported, Ronda Rousey is busy filming on location in Fiji for this year’s Shark Week. So clearly a commute from the South Pacific to Long Island, New York was somewhat out of the question. The Discovery Channel‘s annual week of elasmobranch fish based action, adventure, and science has been a staple of the channel since it premiered in July 1988. Rousey herself had recently posted on her Instagram page expressing her excitement to be part of the event.

Rousey is slated to return to Raw next week where she is expected to continue her ongoing feud with Mickie James. The ramp up for June’s Money In The Bank has already begun and ‘Rowdy’ Ronda Rousey is sure to be part of it.
