
AEW star William Regal thanks NXT UK for the memories.
William Regal worked directly with the NXT and NXT UK brands, scouting talent and helping to train some of the stars.
On August 18, WWE made an announcement that the NXT UK brand was going in hiatus and they are launching the “NXT Europe” brand.
With Regal’s history with the United Kingdom talent and brand, he took to Twitter to send a farewell message, saying thanks for the incredible memories.
He wrote:
Thank you for the incredible memories @NXTUK. It was a pleasure to be a part of every show and training session I worked with you all.x
William Regal was released from WWE in January 2022 before he signed with All Elite Wrestling in March.
Regal is currently the coach of the Blackpool Combat Club with AEW Interim World Champion Jon Moxley, ROH World Champion Claudio Castagnoli, ROH Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta and Bryan Danielson.
