Date And Venue Announced For AEW Winter Is Coming 2022

Winter is coming! AEW have announced the date and venue for their upcoming Winter Is Coming special episode of AEW Dynamite.

In a recent tweet, AEW confirmed that the event will take place on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex in Garland, Texas

Tickets will go on sale this Friday, October 21 at 11am ET and will be available at this link right here. 

The first ‘Winter is Coming’ special, named after the memorable phrase in Game of Thames, was in 2020.

The 2020 edition saw the debut of Sting, as well as Kenny Omega defeating Jon Moxley to capture the AEW World Championship, while 2021 famously featured a 60-minute time-limit draw between ‘Hangman’ Adam Page and Bryan Danielson for the AEW World Championship.

This edition will be the third instalment of the event.

Tony Khan recently confirmed that the event would be going ahead, but the details were not known until now.
