WOW-Women of Wrestling Season 2 will debut this Saturday, September 7, 2019. AXS TV airs WOW Saturdays at 8pm. Season two is booked for 24 episodes.
David McLane founded WOW and also was the creator of GLOW. While McLane is the driving force, WOW also has major backing by Los Angeles Lakers owner Jeannie Buss. Moreover, David McLane and Stephen Dickey will be back to provide commentary this season.
Tessa Blanchard won the WOW Championship in Season 1. She’ll be back to defend her title against all the WOW Superheroes this season. However, this won’t be the only title this season. Season two will also feature a single elimination tournament where the first ever WOW Tag-Team Championships will be awarded.
