WrestleMania 37 Was The Most Watched Live Event In Peacock History

WrestleMania 37 was, by all accounts, a major success for WWE. Now, the company has had their first-quarter earnings call where they touted many of their stats about just how much of a success it was.

The first of which came from Stephanie McMahon who said the event was the most-watched live event in Peacock history. The coverage was provided by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.

WWE President Nick Khan also revealed that Peacock was thrilled with the numbers that WrestleMania 37 did on their service.

Finally, Khan also said that WWE is excited to possibly license the WWE Network to streaming services around the world as they have already done with Peacock.

WWE announced their partnership with Peacock back on March 18, 2021. Despite some issues with their interface and lack of archived content, that does not appear to have stopped the service from having a successful first WrestleMania.
