WWE has confirmed that Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax will look to regain their WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship on next week’s episode of Raw when they take on Natalya and Tamina.
This comes after Baszler and Jax actually dropped the titles on the go-home episode of SmackDown before Backlash to Tamina and Natalya, who they’d been feuding with since WrestleMania.
If Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler are able to regain their titles, they will become the first tandem to hold the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship on three separate occasions.
Also confirmed for WWE Raw, the company has announced that Bobby Lashley will respond to being pinned in the main event of this week’s show by former WWE Champion Kofi Kingston.
While not confirmed, some have speculated that WWE is going to have Bobby Lashley defend his WWE Championship in a multi-man match at Hell in a Cell next month in a bout that will also feature Kofi Kingston and Drew McIntyre.
