With the debut of the Fiend coming much later than WrestleMania, many fans were wondering if Bray Wyatt’s new persona would be included in WWE 2K20. Yesterday, WWE announced The Fiend would be included in the Bump in the Night Originals DLC Pack. This will be a part of the pre-order bonus.
“WWE 2K20 Originals: Bump in the Night is the first entry in the WWE 2K20 Originals series of downloadable content packs, each with a different theme that will introduce all new imaginative realms to WWE fans, along with new content for all your favorite parts of WWE 2K. Bump in the Night’s horror vibe is perfect for its fall release following the launch of WWE 2K20 on Tuesday, Oct. 22. WWE 2K20 Originals: Bump in the Night, is available at no additional charge for those who pre-order WWE 2K20 at participating retailers. WWE 2K20 Originals: Bump in the Night will also be available for individual purchase at $14.99.”
Bump in the Night Content
Characters:
The Fiend
“Swampfather” Bray Wyatt
“Demon King” Finn Balor
FrankenStrowman
“Wicked” Aleister Black
“Unleashed Apex Predator” Randy Orton
“Fed-Up” Sheamus
“Survivor” Mandy Rose
“Twisted” Nikki Cross
Arenas:
Wyatt Swamp Arena
Cemetary Brawl Arena
2k Showcase and Towers
In addition to all of that, WWE 2K20 will also feature additional stories and showcase modes. The Fiend will have a tower. Sheamus will take on zombies. The Swampfather will try to lure Finn Balor into his swamp family. Nikki Cross plays twister, no twisted games, with other WWE superstars, but Mandy Rose will try to put a stop to the madness.
All for $14.99
The Fiend is one of the most talked about characters in WWE in a long, long time. Obviously, fans will be happy he’s in the game, but at a cost of $14.99? Fans of the WWE 2K franchise have gotten used to having to buy additional content post release. However, this year’s DLC appears to be more theme based. I’m sure some fans will love the Bump in the Night Collection, but fans of this franchise just want some of the basics like GM Mode and Create-a-story back in the game. However, we shouldn’t be surprised because WWE always gives fans what they want.
