The WWE 2K24 video game has been nominated for a fan-voted 2024 end of year award, with WWE looking for fans to help “make history”.

WWE 2K24 is up for the Best Sports/Racing Game at The Game Awards this year, with WWE tweeting:

The others nominated in the same category are F1 24, EA Sports FC 25, NBA 2K25 and Top Spin 2K25.

The game was well-received by critics and fans upon release, featuring several additional releases of new playable characters through DLC throughout the year.

One such playable character, Pat McAfee, has recently been confirmed to be returning to Raw when the show makes the switch to Netflix as he will be resuming his commentary duties alongside Michael Cole.
