WWE Star Moving To AAA Full-Time?

WWE/AAA

A main roster WWE star appears to be officially moving to the AAA roster following his appearance at Triplemanía XXXIII.

The August 16 show saw numerous WWE stars in action, including Omos, who wrestled in his first match under a WWE-owned brand since the April 2024 Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.

Omos was a surprise entrant in the Copa Bardahl match, which he ultimately won.

While some thought that Omos’ appearance here was in preparation for his return to the WWE main roster, WWE has now referred to Omos as a “AAA Superstar.”

WWE Shop has listed a new shirt for Omos named the “Men’s Black Omos AAA Superstar T-Shirt”, featuring both WWE and AAA logos on the back., as you can view in the photo below.

Indicating that Omos’ future is in AAA, the description for the listing on WWE Shop reads:

“How will the proud luchadors of AAA Worldwide fare when the 7-foot-3 giant Omos’ comes to tower over the roster like a skyscraper? Show your appreciation for The Nigerian Giant in this new landscape by grabbing this Omos AAA Superstar T-Shirt.

“The stylized Superstar graphic printed across the chest is sure to turn heads, while the comfortable 100% cotton makes it a great choice before and after the bell. Make a statement with your WWE gear collection and let everyone know you recognize Omos and his menacing presence.”

WWE Shop has new merch for Omos that describes him as a "AAA Superstar" and features the AAA logo following his appearance at TripleMania last night where he won La Copa Bardahl
