Content Curation Editor

The Content Curation Editor will join the Platform Editorial team to support programming plans for WWE content being distributed on WWE Network including Peacock and other partner platforms. The ideal candidate for this role should be savvy in sports-entertainment, have an appreciation for how users consume longform video content across multiple platforms and should be comfortable multitasking in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Curate WWE content library to support platform editorial strategy on WWE Network including Peacock and partner platforms
Oversee creation and revisions of image and editorial metadata deliverables for new and vault WWE content
Perform livestream control checks and collaborative testing with WWE’s Product team to identify potential issues that may negatively affect the user experience on Peacock and WWE Network during WWE Premium Live Events and other marquee programming
Conceive and create bespoke campaigns featuring WWE Network content in support of WWE Premium Live Events and other company initiatives
Work closely with cross-functional teams that provide content operations support to Peacock and other external partners
Research and review original and archival WWE content
Maintain familiarity with all WWE programming, current storylines and talent
Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in digital content production, preferably with a focus on content programming
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively or work independently as assignments and tasks warrant
Familiarity working with content and video management systems and troubleshooting problems along the way
Excellent headline writing and editing skills
Solid understanding of current trends in pop culture, sports and entertainment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Experience with content analysis and data analytics a plus
Working knowledge of WWE and WWE Network content strongly preferred
Must be able to work non-traditional schedule, including nights and weekends

The Director of Brand Partnerships will be responsible for working on the WWE brand across a multitude of NBCU platforms and with the WWE organization itself to develop and execute revenue generating marketing solutions for clients that entertain & inspire our audiences and fans. Reporting to the Vice President of Brand Partnerships, this position will play an active role in supporting the creation, management, and oversight of marketing partnerships from ideation through final delivery. This position can be based in NYC or Los Angeles. ?

Duties and Responsibilities

CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION

Lead team responsible for the development and positioning of new integrated marketing opportunities: identify new on-air opportunities that can tie to other NBCU WWE related properties across multiple platforms, and deliver evergreen solutions that will serve as compelling thought starters for client conversations and proactive sales support
Develop strategy and oversee execution of multi-platform partnership campaigns, working with internal creative, legal and other cross-functional teams and the WWE organization itself.Handle RFP management from idea generation through deal close, working with Marketing, Sales, Client or Agency Partnership teams and show production teams.
Develop new and non-traditional revenue driving packaging strategies for WWE on USA
Educate internal constituents on marketing solutions and drive top of mind awareness of WWE offerings within sales organization
Responsible for development of the team (2 reports)
PARTNER COMMUNICATION & FACILITATION

Serve as the primary interface with the WWE organization as our partner to ensure we are upholding and growing the WWE brand
Cultivate relationships with all appropriate internal groups (sales, marketing, research, editorial, branded content, etc.) to facilitate efficient and transparent communication
Oversee daily communication with internal and external parties, including Sales, Production, Consumer Marketing, Programming, Finance, Legal, Business Affairs, production companies, clients, and their respective agencies
Prioritize and track opportunities; manage opportunity timelines, workflow, and report team progress to Vice President on regular basis
Manage analysis of property post completion, working with research, OPM and sales team to deliver accurate results and growth opportunities to future.
Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
• At least 10 years’ experience in creative roles in advertising sales marketing within the television industry, advertising agency, or digital company with ad supported revenue or highly related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated track record of success in translating advertiser objectives into high profile integrated marketing or branded content campaigns from creative problem-solving brainstorms through flawless execution
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior executives, including excellent executive-level presentation skills, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in digital solutions and experience with new digital platforms or products
• Media experience preferred
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Monday.com and a working knowledge of SharePoint & Salesforce, and Adobe Photoshop
