After Nia Jax ambushed R-Truth to enter the men’s Royal Rumble match at number 30, and the following night seemingly started a program with Dean Ambrose, reports suggested that WWE was beginning to slowly introduce intergender wrestling with the view of it becoming a more regular occurrence.
Twitter user @flairsnia posted the following on Twitter, showing an advertisement for a WWE house show in Jonesboro, AR on February 22, featuring a “special attraction” intergender match between Jax and Ambrose:

The Jax/Ambrose program continued this past week on Raw. EC3 was Alexa Bliss’ guest on a Moment of Bliss when Nia Jax came out and interrupted. Ambrose would then also come out, and accused Nia of having a crush on him, hence the altercation a week prior.
WWE confirmed reports last week that Ambrose will be leaving the company when his contract comes to an end in April, and it has been rumored that the Nia Jax feud could be his last.
It will be interesting to see how – or even if – the story develops any further on TV, as the term “special attraction” suggests this isn’t necessarily something we’ll all be seeing on Raw or pay-per-view in a few week’s time.
