Two WWE Specials To Clash With Major AEW Pay-Per-Views? WWE/AEW

The dates for the next two WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event specials have now been revealed, with the shows seemingly set to clash with major AEW events.

WWE held its first event in this series of NBC specials on December 11, 2024, headlined by a WWE Championship match between Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens.

While the next quarterly special has been confirmed for January 25, the Peacock schedule has revealed two further dates for Saturday Night’s Main Event shows in 2025.

Per this schedule, Saturday Night’s Main Event shows are scheduled for May 24 and July 12.

July 12 is notably the date of AEW’s All In pay-per-view, with the AEW event set to emanate from the Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, following two years of the event taking place in London’s Wembley Stadium.

The May 24 show might also clash with an AEW pay-per-view, with it taking place during Memorial Day weekend. AEW Double or Nothing has taken place every Memorial Day weekend since the inaugural event in 2019.

An official date for Double or Nothing 2025 hasn’t been announced at the time of writing.

We will continue to provide updates on all of these events as they become available.
