WWE star Edge and AEW’s Christian Cage have shared a reunion photo amid speculation that the duo will soon work for the same company.
With Christian signing with AEW in March 2021, he hasn’t been able to share the ring with his friend Edge for most of the Rated-R Superstar’s most recent wrestling run.
With Edge’s WWE contract set to expire this year, and reports that there have been discussions about potentially bringing Christian back to WWE, it has been heavily speculated that the former WWE Tag Team Champions will team up in the ring at least one more time before Edge hangs up his boots for good.
Both Edge and Christian have now shared a photo together at a hockey game. Many fans commented on the posts speculating about one final E&C run.
Edge last wrestled on WrestleMania 39 Sunday earlier this month, defeating Finn Balor in a Hell in a Cell match.
Christian was most recently in action at AEW Revolution in March, losing a Final Burial match to Jack Perry.
An update recently emerged on rumors about Edge leaving WWE for AEW, which you can read more about right here.
