The state of Florida has been both a hotbed for COVID-19 and one of the most lax places in North America when it comes to restrictions. Funny how that works. Now, Governor Ron DeSantis has given the green light for sports teams to operate with crowds at full capacity. This now means WWE will be allowed to do the same.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has given the Miami Dolphins full clearance to run with 65,000 fans at their stadium.
If WrestleMania were to move to Raymond James Stadium, this would indicate #WWE could probably do the same.
That doesn't mean it SHOULD. But it likely COULD.

Jon Alba tweeted that DeSantis had given the Miami Dolphins football team full clearance to run with 65,000 fans at their stadium. He then added that WrestleMania could do the same.
The highly reputable WrestleVotes Twitter account also chimed in with the news. They added that Vince McMahon has been holding out hope for a full capacity WrestleMania. Here is the tweet:
The state of Florida will begin allowing full capacity attendance for stadiums events.
Vince has been privately holding out hope for a full capacity WrestleMania. He gets his wish. Whether or not 65K fans show up is another question.

It remains to be seen whether a WrestleMania in the pandemic will draw to max capacity. However, given that 400,000 people gathered for the Sturgis motorcycle rally and NFL teams are still able to draw upwards of 20,000 people in some markets, it shouldn’t come as a surprise if WrestleMania is able to do the same.
It should also be noted that with All Elite Wrestling operating out of Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, they would also be allowed to run shows at full capacity. They began allowing limited amounts of fans into shows in recent months but it remains to be seen whether they will risk allowing shows to run at max capacity.
