WWE Announces Interesting Stipulation Match For Raw

Ahead of next week’s episode of Raw, WWE has announced that Elias and Jeff Hardy are going to go one-on-one once again following their clash at Hell in a Cell, this time in a Guitar on a Pole match.

As previously mentioned, this is not the first time Elias and Hardy have had a match, with the pair clashing at Hell in a Cell last weekend. In that match, Elias picked up the win via DQ after Jeff blasted him across the back with a guitar.

On WWE.com, the following announcement was made regarding Elias vs. Jeff Hardy on WWE Raw next week, with this match having the addition of the ‘Guitar on a Pole’ gimmick:

The Charismatic Enigma and the “Universal Truth” recording artist are set to meet in a Guitar on a Pole Match this Monday on Raw. Hardy and Elias have exchanged vicious guitar strikes in recent week, but none have hit the right chord just yet. The showdown between the two competitors at WWE Hell in a Cell ended in a disqualification to Hardy after the high-flying Superstar struck Elias with his instrument. Last week in Survivor Series Qualifying action, Hardy and Elias targeted each other with further musical mayhem as more guitar strikes were dished out.

Both Elias and Jeff Hardy were in qualifying matches on Raw last week to earn spots on the red brand’s team for Survivor Series. However, both were unsuccessful in their attempts, being defeated by Keith Lee and AJ Styles respectively.
