WWE Backstage Reaction To Crown Jewel PPV Revealed

If you forget the obvious issues with it, the general consensus is that last yesterday’s WWE Crown Jewel pay-per-view was a good show.

The Saudi Arabia shows will always be difficult to watch considering the circumstances, but excluding the issues with the location and movitations, if you look at it just as a show in isolation, it was viewed by fans as the best event WWE has put on in a very long time.

PWInsider is reporting that the positive reviews are shared by those backstage in WWE, who are said to be “really thrilled” with how it went.

Much like a lot of fans have said, the feeling backstage was that Crown Jewel was “one of the better major shows they have produced over the last year”.

The show featured several good matches, with the best arguably being the opener of Edge vs Seth Rollins inside Hell in a Cell.

WWE’s next pay-per-view is Survivor Series, which will again be Raw vs SmackDown, and takes place on November 21.
