WWE Star Shares Throwback Backstage Photos With Current Rival

A WWE star has shared throwback photos of them backstage with their current rival, amid their ongoing feud.

Bayley currently has her sights set on dethroning Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch, following Lynch attacking her and writing her off TV at WrestleMania 41.

While the duo may be at odds now, this hasn’t always been the case, with Bayley and Becky part of the Four Horsewomen alongside Charlotte Flair and Mercedes Mone (fka Sasha Banks), four stars who many believe helped usher in the evolution of women’s wrestling in WWE.

Bayley has now taken to Twitter to share two photos of her embracing Becky Lynch backstage at WWE shows, which you can view below.

In the first photo, Bayley and Mercedes Mone (Sasha Banks) hug Lynch, seemingly after her WrestleMania 35 main event victory, based on her gear.

Lynch made history at the 2019 WrestleMania event, defeating Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey in a three-way match to win both the Raw and SmackDown Women’s Championship titles.

The second photo shows just Bayley hugging Lynch backstage at WrestleMania 38 in 2022, where Lynch dropped the Raw Women’s Championship to Bianca Belair.

There is some uncertainty surrounding the next challenger for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship, with Bayley and Lyra Valkyria wrestling to a double-pin draw on the June 30 SmackDown episode.
