WWE appears to have split up a Raw act, with JBL walking out on Baron Corbin on Monday’s (February 6) episode.
During this week’s show, Corbin faced off against Dexter Lumis in singles action. Lumis ultimately picked up the victory to the dismay of JBL.
In a backstage segment later in the show, JBL called Corbin a clown and argued that the WWE star is ruining his reputation.
When Corbin asked what he can do better, JBL simply told him ‘you can’t polish a turd’ before walking off.
Corbin and JBL joined forces in October 2022. Following his alliance with the Hall of Famer, Corbin picked up several victories on Raw, but hasn’t won a match since the November 14 episode, when he pinned Akira Tozawa.
The star’s losing streak was kicked off by a loss against Drew McIntyre on the following week’s show.
Ahead of this week’s Raw, it had been rumored that WWE had plans to end the partnership between JBL and Corbin.
