A new report has revealed details of WWE’s plans for a major stipulation match at Bash in Berlin on August 31.
After their first match ended in controversial circumstances at SummerSlam, fans are eagerly awaiting news regarding the next match in the CM Punk and Drew McIntyre feud.
While it had already been reported that WWE are considering a Hell in a Cell match for Bad Blood in October, many fans wondered if we’d get another match in between now and then.
And now we seemingly have our answer to that question, as PWInsider Elite are reporting (via WrestlingINC.) that Punk vs. McIntyre II is expected to be booked to take place at WWE Bash in Berlin on August 31.
Not only that, but the rematch is also planned to feature a stipulation
Specifically, one that plays off Punk whipping McIntyre with his belt on Monday’s episode of WWE Raw (August 12).
Despite this being the direction as of right now, these plans have reportedly not been finalised so we will provide further updates as they become available.
