Big E Names WWE NXT Star He’s A ‘Massive Fan’ Of WWE

Former WWE Champion Big E has shared praise for a rising star following their start with the company.

Following a run on the independent scene as Jay Malachi, Je’Von Evans made his WWE in-ring debut in February.

Since then, Evans has wrestled several times on NXT Level Up and Tuesday Night NXT.

He most recently stepped into the ring on the May 14 NXT episode, during which he defeated Oro Mensah in singles action.

Big E has since taken to Twitter to note that he’s a big fan of Je’Von Evans, writing:

Massive @WWEJeVonEvans fan.

Evans has now replied to Big E, sharing his tweet with the caption

Big E hasn’t wrestled since suffering a broken neck in March 2022.

He still makes appearances for WWE, with Big E notably on the panel for the Backlash 2024 Kickoff show.
