Paul Heyman’s Intriguing Reaction After Jimmy Uso Accidentally Costs Jey Uso Championship Match WWE

Paul Heyman had an offer for Jey Uso to kick off tonight’s WWE SmackDown that could have a big impact on the Bloodline.

With Solo Sikoa and Paul Heyman in the ring to start the episode, they were quickly interrupted by Jey Uso.

While Jey started speaking in frustration with Solo, Heyman countered that all of this mess with the Bloodline is in fact none of their faults, this is Jimmy Usos fault.

Taking it a step further, Heyman not only blamed Jimmy, he blamed Jimmy’s jealousy for the sabotage because he can’t handle that Roman Reigns is really grooming Jey Uso to be the ‘next’ Tribal Chief.

In fact, Roman Reigns believes in Jey Uso so much as the potential future Tribal Chief, that he and Heyman got Uso a single’s title match tonight on SmackDown.

Austin Theory will defend his United States Championship against Jey Uso tonight on WWE SmackDown.

By the end of the segment, Jey let Heyman know that he didn’t have an answer right away regarding the offer to continue to stay in cahoots with the Bloodline.

Not immediately swayed by the promise that he may “someday” “when the time is right” become the next Tribal Chief, Jey was interested in this open challenge match against Theory tonight.

In the main event match of the night, Jey Uso took on Austin Theory for the United States Championship.

After a referee was knocked out, Uso’s opportunity to get the pinfall victory over Theory seemed to evaporate as new associates of Austin Theory, Pretty Deadly, descended upon the ring.

While Jey attempted to fend off the pair on his own, when he floundered, out ran his brother Jimmy Uso to help even the score.

However in the melee, Pretty Deadly may have been taken out but when Solo Sikoa appeared, that is when things got really interesting.

With Sikoa poised to nail Jimmy yet again with a big Samoan Spike, he was instead stopped by Jey Uso, pulling him away from Jimmy.

When Solo moved at the last second, a big super kick from Jimmy instead landed on Jey, causing further confusion within the crumbling Bloodline.

In the end, Jimmy had continued his attack on Solo as the referee came to as he returned to the ring to count the pinfall for Theory.

After the match, Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa stood by and watched as Jimmy attempted to approach Jey but was rebuffed by his twin.

With Jey leaving the ring and still not choosing to leave with the Bloodline, Paul Heyman had an intriguing reaction.

Rather than seeming perturbed, he smiled, and called Roman Reigns.

Elsewhere tonight, a WWE Women’s Championship presentation and more Money in the Bank qualifying matches.
