Former WWE star and manager Armando Alejandro Estrada has signed a Legends deal and a Bloodline family member has taken notice.
Fans will likely remember Estrada as the former manager of the late Umaga, signing with WWE in 2004 and going on to become General Manager of ECW in 2007 as well as a semi-frequent in-ring performer.
Estrada recently confirmed that he had signed a five-year WWE Legends deal, noting it was “great to be back in the fold.”
Umaga was the uncle of Jimmy & Jey Uso, Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa as well as the cousin of Roman Reigns, Yokozuna and Rosey.
He was also the father of independent wrestler Zilla Fatu who has reacted to Estrada’s new WWE deal, tweeting:
“👀”
While its not clear what Fatu meant with his post, many fans in the comments took it as a potential tease of a WWE move and reunion with Estrada now that he has re-signed with the company.
This follows speculation linking Fatu with a move to WWE after he was spotted in attendance at SummerSlam in August, an appearance that came the same weekend as a missed indie date.
Fatu currently holds the Reality of Wrestling World Championship, the promotion founded by WWE NXT commentator Booker T.
Fatu recently revealed how Booker has been like a father to him, taking him in after he left prison – click here for full details.
