On WWE Raw on December 12, 2022, a top WWE star was fired at the end of the show in a tense confrontation with Adam Pearce.
This came moments after Bobby Lashley had lost to Seth Rollins in a number one contender match for the United States Championship.
Lashley would, for the second week, assault a WWE official and, when confronted by Pearce, would also shove the authority figure.
WWE’s YouTube channel posted a video clip showing the reaction of both Adam Pearce and Bobby Lashley.
Pearce said he refused to comment on the situation whilst Lashley refused to say anything at all, leaving the locker room with his suitcases.
