WWE has now congratulated SmackDown correspondent Megan Morant for completing the Boston Marathon.
Just the idea of running 26.2 tires me out, so I can’t imagine being in the shape of Megan Morant, who put in an advanced-level performance during Monday’s (April 17) race.
Not only did Morant complete the Boston Marathon, she crossed the finish line after just 2 hours and 59 minutes.
Morant had previously stated that a sub-three hour Boston Marathon time was her goal. For comparison, the women’s marathon world record time is just over 2:14:04 , with a time of 4:08:09 considered ‘good’ in a previous marathon investigation.
Congratulating Morant, WWE tweeted:
Congrats @MeganMorantWWE on completing the Boston Marathon in UNDER 3 HOURS! 💪🏃♀️🔥
Commenting on her performance, Morant wrote:
🙏🏃♀️ no better feeling in the world than crossing that finish line. The journey to get to the starting line and then the journey to make it down Boylston…. It’s unlike anything in the world. I LOVE THIS SO MUCH
Thank you
@bostonmarathon
Sharing another action shot from the race, she tweeted:
People ask me all the time why I run marathons. The two people hugging behind me sum it up perfectly. These moments are what life is all about. Working together to achieve something bigger than ourselves 💪

Natalya also praised Morant on Twitter.
Following her previous work with the likes of CBS Sports Network, Morant joined WWE in April 2021.
Congrats @MeganMorantWWE on completing the Boston Marathon in UNDER 3 HOURS! 💪🏃♀️🔥 https://t.co/qigW2Mbmjs
