The Undertaker Says It Isn’t Fair To Compare Current WWE Star To Him WWE

The Undertaker has addressed a recent in ring moment and the comparisons that have been drawn between himself and a top current WWE star.

Speaking on the Sportsnet’s Time & Friends podcast, Mark Calaway discussed Bray Wyatt, saying:

“There’s, obviously, a huge amount of comparisons between his character and mine.

“He’s his own guy. He’s his own character. I don’t think it’s fair to him to compare what he does to what I did.”

Calaway would then go on to this discuss The Undertaker and Wyatt, saying:

“In the big scheme of things, it’s in the same supernatural genre, but it’s 2023, and he’s doing his own thing, but I can appreciate — I can see what he’s trying to do.

“I just let him know, too, that my phone’s always on, and if he needs to talk to me about things or run things by me, that’s cool.

“I would be more than glad to share my experiences with him and hopefully shine some light on questions that he has moving forward.

“So yeah, it was a cool moment, and it did exactly what I thought it would do.”

At the WWE Raw 30th Anniversary Show, Undertaker and Bray Wyatt briefly met in the ring, with The Undertaker whispering something into Wyatt’s ear.

Bray Wyatt recently opened up about the moment and revealed that he wouldn’t “tell a soul” what The Dead Man said to him in that moment.

The Undertaker had also addressed the moment and Wyatt’s response to it.

The Undertaker retired from professional wrestling in an announcement made in the final episode of Undertaker: The Last Ride in June 2020.
