Oba Femi Vs. Brock Lesnar WWE Match Update

WWE star Oba Femi has pitched a match against Brock Lesnar, who made a recent return at this year’s Royal Rumble.

With continued speculation regarding his opponent at WrestleMania 42, Paul Heyman confirmed on the February 23 episode of Raw that Brock Lesnar will conduct an open challenge to the WWE locker room at “The Grandest Stage of Them All.”

One WWE star who is interested in a potential match is Oba Femi, who found himself eliminated by Lesnar in the men’s Royal Rumble match.

In an interview with TV Insider, Femi expressed his belief that the match will one day happen, reflecting on comparisons to Lesnar, saying:

“What a run for him. He had two separate runs, and they’ve both been fantastic.

“It would be really cool to face him. I know the fans have been asking for that match. It’s going to happen one day soon.

“What a run he has had, the UFC champion, multiple-time WWE champion, Royal Rumble winner, dominance. What a way to cap it off by facing ‘The Ruler.'”

Femi would also discuss the pressure of being a member of the main roster, having been called up following a run a former two-time NXT Champion.

A former North American Champion, Femi would also reveal the differences between NXT and the main roster.
