WWE Champion Passes Significant Milestone

WWE Champion Passes Significant Milestone WWE

A current WWE champion has passed a major milestone in their championship reign, having captured the title early this year.

The January 3, 2025, episode of WWE SmackDown saw Tiffany Stratton cash in her Money in the Bank opportunity against Nia Jax.

With the win coming just after Jax had defeated Naomi for the WWE Women’s Championship, Stratton has held the title since.

As of October 30, Stratton has now reached 300 days as WWE Women’s Champion, surpassing IYO SKY’s 245-day reign.

Stratton’s next target will no doubt be 400 days as WWE Women’s Champion, which would mean she passes Becky Lynch’s 398-day reign.

Lynch also holds the record for most combined days, with her two separate reigns spanning 559 days.

Shortly after that, Stratton could surpass Bianca Belair who has the longest WWE Women’s Championship reign at 419 days, running from April 2, 2022, to May 27 the following year.

Stratton is fast approaching the 305 days that Charlotte Flair has held the WWE Women’s Championship across her six reigns.

Stratton is set to defend her title against Jade Cargill at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, which takes place in Salt Lake City on November 1.

Following an attack on last week’s SmackDown, Stratton was set to get her knee evaluated ahead of the upcoming championship match.
