WWE Championship Match Challenge Issued For Raw WWE

The October 4 episode of WWE Raw saw a battle royal to determine the number one contender for the Women’s World Championship.

The match was announced by Adam Pearce after a confrontation between Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez and the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill.

The battle royal would eventually be won by IYO SKY, who now goes on to face Morgan, but she’s not the only WWE star with eyes on the current Women’s World Champion.

With Cargill and Belair being among the final four in the battle royal, Morgan and Rodriguez were able to force the elimination of the champions, robbing them of them of their possible number one contender shot.

In a WWE Raw Exclusive, Cargill and Belair would send a message at the Judgment Day members, with Belair saying:

“Liv, Raquel, if you wanted to avoid a fight with us, you just made a big mistake. Before, we could have waited to beat y’all and just representing our titles, but now, you’ve made things personal.”

Cargill would add to Belair’s comments setting the match for next week’s WWE Raw, stating:

“When things get personal for us, things get painful for you. So next week, we’re coming back here to Monday Night Raw, and it’s gonna be Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair versus Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.”

Having been victorious at WWE Crown Jewel on November 2, Belair would conclude by saying:

“We’re gonna walk about the same way we walked out of Crown Jewel, as the Women’s Tag Team Champions.”

At WWE Crown Jewel, Belair and Cargill retained in a Fatal Four-Way match against Damage CTRL (Kairi Sane & IYO SKY), Meta-Four (Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson) and the team of Chelsea Green & Piper Niven.
