Two Championship Matches Announced For WWE SmackDown Before Bash In Berlin WWE

Two championship matches have been announced for the WWE SmackDown before Bash in Berlin 2024 next weekend.

WWE Bash In Berlin is set for Saturday, August 31, but the night before, SmackDown takes place in Berlin as well.

On tonight’s August 23 episode of SmackDown, amid a vignette segment highlighting Michin, she declared she was not yet done with WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax, confirming an official match for the pair.

It was announced that on next week’s August 30 SmackDown, Jax will defend the WWE Women’s Championship against Michin in a street fight.

Elsewhere, after LA Knight was able to successfully retain his United States Championship in a match on tonight’s SmackDown against Santos Escobar, another match for Knight has been confirmed.

However, the opponent will seemingly remain a mystery until the match actually takes place.

LA Knight has issued an open challenge for the United States Championship for WWE SmackDown in Berlin.

Also in a backstage segment Apollo Crews and Baron Corbin were spotted poking at Santos Escobar to set up a future match involving Crews, Corbin and Legado Del Fantasma.

Carmelo Hayes and Andrade appeared to set up another match as well.
