WWE.com is now referring to Extreme Rules with a new name. As Ryan Satin, pointed out on Twitter the show is now being advertised as WWE Extreme Rules: The Horror Show.
This is interesting.

Based on the potential matches lined up for the show, it would seem like this could be connected to the Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman match. Based on the promo from last week, Bray teased going back to his cult-leader, Wyatt Family gimmick.
We’ve also heard rumors of WWE potentially bringing back wrestlers who were released. Could they be coming back for a House of Horrors style match?
WWE certainly has fallen a bit in love with this style of matches since the success of The Boneyard match at WrestleMania. Of course, it could just be referring to how WWE has handled the recent positive COVID testing.
WrestleTalk will keep you updated on further developments on this story as details are released.
