Top WWE Star Opens About Love Of Bad Bunny & Future Plans WWE

A top WWE star has opened up about their love of the rapper Bad Bunny as the company builds to a Puerto Rico return.

With WWE Backlash set to take place in his home country on May 6, Bad Bunny has teased that he’s training for an in-ring return.

Charlotte Flair has also revealed that she would like to team with the rapper, offering herself as a tag team partner for the upcoming event.

She would open up about her love for Bad Bunny in a recent interview with The Athletic (subscription required), saying:

“He’s a student of the game. I hope he (reads) this: I have never asked to take a picture with a celebrity when they’ve come backstage, but I was like, “Can I please get a picture with Bad Bunny?”

“What he has accomplished within our industry is incredible. It just goes to show how much respect he has for what we do and how, when he puts his mind to something, he goes for it 100 percent. I thought it was really cool. Well, I want to tag team with Bad Bunny.”

She would then go on to discuss her future plans, concluding:

“I want to wrestle with my husband, whether that’s being his manager or a mixed tag couple, I don’t know.

“I just take it day by day. I feel like I get better every year. I think that says a lot, considering I have done it all, that I’m still not complacent.

“I don’t think anyone thought women would main event WrestleMania 35 when we did. So in my mind, I still think that I’m going to work hard to create something that people thought was unobtainable. I don’t know what that looks like, but I know it’s out there.”

Charlotte Flair is set to face Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 39 for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

Since first appearing in WWE at the Royal Rumble in January 2021 where he performed his track Booker T, Bad Bunny has gone on to be a WWE 24/7 Champion and teamed with Damian Priest to defeat The Miz & John Morrison at WrestleMania 37.

He would also participate in the 2022 Royal Rumble, eliminating Sheamus and Dolph Ziggler.
