WWE’s Charlotte Flair Addresses Relationship With Becky Lynch

Charlotte Flair has addressed her relationship with the current WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion, Becky Lynch.

Currently, Charlotte Flair is signed to the SmackDown brand, while Becky Lynch is at home on WWE Raw and currently locked in a feud with Bayley.

Speaking on the Games with Names podcast, Flair opened up about her relationship with Lynch, saying:

“We’re cordial… no, we’re good.

“I still think there’s some story left there, so… I don’t think there’s a nail in the coffin yet.”

The hosts who posit the standard of a potential match between the pair by saying:

“What’s the greatest match?… The next one, baby”

To this, Charlotte Flair would look back upon some of her past encounters with Becky Lynch, stating:

“So, our Survivor Series match was actually really incredible.

“It’s so hard to pick. It just wasn’t as different as the Ronda (Rousey) and I one. Like impactful but Becky and I have had a lot of great matches but our Survivor Series match was pretty incredible, too.”

Flair would go on to contrast the Survivor Series match with her match against Lynch at Evolution, a women’s-only WWE Premium Live Event that will shortly get a much-anticipated second edition.

At Survivor Series in November 2021, Lynch defeated Charlotte Flair in a Raw vs. SmackDown match.

The October 2018 WWE Evolution show saw Lynch retain the SmackDown Women’s Championship in a Last Woman Standing match against Flair.
