Former WWE Name Pitches Reality TV Project With Current Star

A former WWE star has pitched the concept of a television project based on his relationship and business successes.

WWE stars are no strangers to the concept of reality television, with some projects exploring the lives behind the wrestling names.

Matt Cardona has considered the idea of such a project featuring himself and his WWE star wife, Chelsea Green.

Speaking on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, the former Zack Ryder contemplated his relationship with Green and how that could work on television.

With both being supportive of their respective paths in wrestling, Matt Cardona envisioned the project, saying:

“We should be doing something on television, whether it be in wrestling or like some sort of reality-driven thing. It just writes itself.”

Following Green’s previous WWE release, she headed to Impact Wrestling, joining her husband until she was re-signed by the company.

During the interview with Chris Van Vliet, Cardona spoke about his wife’s journey, lavishing her with praise for what she has accomplished.

He would also express his surprise that he has yet to be re-signed by WWE, despite his own accomplishments on the independent scene.
