WWE Star ‘So Close’ To Recovering From Injury

A WWE NXT star has provided an update on their recovery from injury and how close they are to making a comeback.

Arianna Grace, the real-life daughter of Santino Marella, has been out of action since October 2022 due to an ACL injury.

However, things are looking good for Grace making a return in the not-too-distant future based on the latest update she posted on Twitter.

Grace wrote:

Can’t wait to get back to NXT! 💋 so close to recovery!!!!! #WWENXT wish I was in the women’s championship tournament tonight 🥺

In a previous update a month ago, Grace had said that she’d completed surgery.

We continue to wish Grace all the best with her recovery.

There were two NXT Women’s Championship tournament matches on last night’s May 9 episode of NXT, with Tiffany Stratton beating Gigi Dolin, and Lyra Valkyria beating Kiana James.

In the semi-finals, Stratton will face the winner of next week’s quarter-final between Roxanne Perez and Jacy Jayne, while Valkyria will face the winner of Fallon Henley vs Cora Jade.

The final is set to take place at NXT Battleground on May 28, which runs head-to-head with AEW Double Or Nothing.

Bron Breakker def. Trick Williams, then continued to attack Williams post-match before Carmelo Hayes tried to make the save, but Breakker laid him out as well
