WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff has now called out CM Punk, calling the former AEW World Champion a bitch.
Amid CM Punk’s AEW absence, the controversial star was reportedly backstage at the April 24 WWE Raw taping at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois.
As we’ve previously covered, PWInsider and Fightful both reported Paul Levesque (Triple H) was one of the several names who Punk spoke to, with the WWE Chief Content Officer reportedly ‘clearly surprised’ that the AEW star was there.
Punk reportedly asked Levesque if he was ok to stick around, and Levesque told him he’d he had to ask “the big guy” (Vince McMahon) if that would be permitted.
McMahon decided it wasn’t, and Punk was asked to leave by WWE Head of Security Jim Kelly, which he did without incident.
Eric Bischoff shared a summary of this report on Twitter with some harsh words, writing:
What a bitch
Clarifying that his words were for Punk, Bischoff then tweeted:
Punk. If it’s even possible, he’s made the word “punk” even more demeaning than:
INFORMAL•NORTH AMERICAN
a worthless person (often used as a general term of abuse).
“you think any of these punks they got fighting today could stand up to Joe Louis?”
