Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes has revealed he wore an authentic prop from a popular television series during a recent promo spot.

WWE’s Money In The Bank premium live event has a number of sponsors, with the two titular matches being sponsored by Amazon Prime’s TV series ‘The Boys’ following the release of season four of the show.

WWE ran a recent promo spot for the crossover, in which Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes asked Homelander ‘what do you want to talk about’ before his eyes flashed red similar to Homelander’s before he lasers his enemies.

During the spot, Cody was wearing an American flag cape just like Homelander, and he has now revealed that the cape was the authentic cape worn by Antony Starr’s character on The Boys.

Taking to Instagram, he said:

Truthfully an honor to [don] Antony Starr’s actual legendary cape for this fun little promo spot – The Boys production/team are first class and I’m glad people are digging the new episodes
