After last facing each other on screen at WWE SummerSlam, the date of the next Solo Sikoa vs Cody Rhodes may have been revealed.
The August 3 PLE saw Rhodes retain the Undisputed WWE Championship during a match that also saw the return of Roman Reigns.
With WWE Week airing on USA Network next week as SmackDown joins Raw and NXT on the channel, plans have been revealed for a potential date for Rhodes vs Sikoa.
According to WRKD Wrestling, the plans may not be set in stone, but the September 13 episode of SmackDown could see Rhodes vs Sikoa.
September 13 marks the premiere of SmackDown on the USA Network and may also see the show get a new logo.
A video package for WWE Week on USA Network also revealed that for “three straight weeks” all three shows will air on the channel with “limited commercial interruption.”
It was recently reported that Cody Rhodes, WWE and Fanatics have had a lawsuit filed against them regarding the use of the term “American Nightmare” on merch.
